Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Goods Policy

All products listed under the Toolkits & Products section on Ansly.in (such as ATS Resume Kits, HR Interview Blueprints, BPO Voice Scripts, and Excel Masterclasses) are instant-access digital downloads.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Because digital products are immediately accessible upon payment, standard returns are subject to the following guidelines:

• Corrupted / Inaccessible Files: If you encounter a broken download link or damaged digital asset and our support team is unable to provide a functional replacement within 24 hours of notification, you are entitled to a 100% full refund.
• Accidental Duplicate Transactions: If your card or UPI app was charged multiple times for a single toolkit, simply email your transaction ID / payment receipt to anslyprojects@gmail.com. All duplicate charges will be reversed within 3-5 business days via your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Change of mind after successfully downloading and accessing the complete digital toolkit.
• Inability to attend an interview or non-selection by a third-party hiring employer.
